Service Requirements

Housecall Service is a complimentary FREE service provided to assist customers selling large volumes of items (7 items or more). We require a minimum total estimated buy-in value of S$150.

If you are selling fewer or easily portable items, please feel free to walk directly into any of our conveniently located retail stores.

Our representative will contact you within 5 to 8 working days to verify details and negotiate final pricing. Items are collected only after mutual agreement. Cash is paid on the spot.

PLEASE NOTE: A transportation fee of S$50 will apply if our team arrives on-site and items are found to be unsellable, or if you change your mind.
